Since 2017, I have been the Founder & Chief Strategist of C Romeo Consulting, LLC. I have over a decade of experience in campaign management, coalition building, public relations, grassroots advocacy, and digital and interpersonal communications experience.
When it comes to building a successful, well-rounded, and intentional campaign, I believe in the “Five P’s” strategy. The People influence the Public which grabs the attention of the Press who pressure the Politicians to take action and push for forward-thinking Policies. The key is organizing the People first & foremost.

Do you have a youth who needs help honing their writing skills? Have a student who needs extra help with their college and/or scholarship essays? I provide 1:1 tutoring for those wanting to improve their writing!

I am thrilled to introduce the opportunity for me to come into your classroom or organization to teach workshops such as “Your Lived Experience Is Your Expertise - Storytelling & Advocacy Workshop,” or “Storytelling 101 & Digital Advocacy Webinar,” or “LGBTQ+ Competency 101".
Other topics I discuss and teach are how to integrate processes and methodology in the workplace for those with neurodiversities, intentional organizational structure & management design, and queer + gender expansive competency in the workplace + organization.
Finally, I teach middle school, high school, young adults, and older generations storytelling, interdisciplinary collage, recyclable printmaking, and writing classes. Most of my classes are focused on themes of liberation for those with intersecting marginalization and encourage + foster critical thought and thinking in our creative process. I typically teach those who are queer, gender expansive, and neurodiverse.
death doula services
Capturing your Personal history
As part of my growing death doula practice, I am introducing services to capture individuals’ personal histories. This would be a long-term relationship of several 1:1 meetings with guided questions personalized to the history you want to capture.
I will write and guide you through telling me your story and compile your memories in a living digital file, audio recordings, and a physical hard copy to keep and gift to your loved ones.
You do not need to be nearing your end of life to take part in this service - but as the move to the digital age and increasing natural disasters make it harder for us to archive our histories - I want to give the gift of storytelling and preservation by taking the onus off my clients to preserve their personal histories.
